1. Educational Purpose & Usage
GuitarPractice is provided as a free educational music tool designed to assist musicians in learning guitar chords, practicing rhythm & lead backing tracks, and composing custom song arrangements.
- All audio playback is synthesized strictly in real-time inside your client browser using mathematical physical modeling (Karplus-Strong algorithm). No copyrighted master audio recordings are hosted or served.
- Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal practice, music education, and non-commercial song practice.
2. User Content & Song Studio Arrangements
Custom song arrangements and JSON tab scores created using the Song Studio module remain saved locally on your device. Users are responsible for any song configurations or JSON templates exported or imported into their browser.
3. Trademarks & Fair Use Disclaimer
All song titles, band names, and artist trademarks referenced on GuitarPractice (such as Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan, or Ben E. King) belong strictly to their respective copyright holders. They are referenced solely for identification and educational music practice under international Fair Use principles. GuitarPractice is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any record label or artist.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
GuitarPractice is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While maintenance is performed to ensure web audio precision, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GuitarPractice or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application.
